Directions for completion of this Agreement:
1) Enter required information in each information request box. (i.e. Your Name *, Address *, etc.)
2) Read each statement box and click the required boxes to acknowledge your agreement (i.e. Fees *, Tuition *, etc.)
3) Signature box: Click and hold your mouse pointer on the signature line box to complete your signature.
4) Click the Submit button, our PayPals Portal will appear. Current PayPals users can choose to utilize their PayPals accounts. Otherwise, follow the instructions as a guest PayPals user and choose either PayPals or use your Visa or MasterCard for your first payment.
